My Hobby- Badminton

Good Morning everyone.  Taking this opportunity to write about Badminton, my hobby. I have liked badminton since my childhood. Whenever homework related to my hobby was given to me by my school, the first thing which came to my mind was badminton. People of all age groups like to play this game. This game was first played in the country of Glowestershire in England. In the late 19th century British officers introduced this game in India, Pune around 1860s . Badminton is one of my favorite game as ot has number of benefits such as - 
1. Improves our muscle strength
2. Improves blood flow rate
3. Improves flexibility
4. Improves mental agility
5. Decreases the risk of diabetes etc. 
                Playing badminton not only helps us physically but also helps us mentally such as-
1. Reduce stress
2. Reduce anxiety
3. Reduce depression
4. Improves our concentration level
5. We know the value of teamwork etc. 
                I like playing badminton with my friends and cousins. I play badminton with my friends in school and in evening I go to the park with my brother to play badminton. I feel happy and relaxed after playing badminton. I forget all my tensions after playing badminton. I learned playing badminton seeing people playing it. My favorite badminton player is Saina Nehwal.I get inspiration seeing her playing. Even though,she faced many difficulties but she never gave up and now she is a good badminton player. She is given 24 international titles including 10 superseries titles. I also want to be like her and never give up. I also want to play for my country and make my country proud.
